Terms of Agreement
Our DeMarv’s Catering service staff is professional and attentive. We will be happy to accommodate your event needs and services. At your request one of our representatives will meet with you to plan a survey, review and discuss all of your catering needs for your special event. DeMarv’s Catering requests a final guest count on the contract agreement ten (10) business days prior to event. The client will be billed according to your choice selections and guest count. A 60% deposit is required to secure your choice date of event. The remaining balance is due three (3) business days prior to date of event. Six percent (6%) sales tax will be added to all billings. If you are tax exempt, please provide the tax I.D/EIN number. Service fees are calculated on total hours of completed service. There is a minimum fee of $15.00 per hour per server. Gratuities may be added to our invoices, but are often left to the discretion of our clients. Our selected items are freshly ordered and personallyattended to, so please allow us time for preparation and kindly order in advance.
